The biggest shopping weekend of the year -- including Black Friday and Cyber Monday -- is upon us. Over half of American shoppers plan to make holiday purchases this weekend, according to Klarna research.

And retailers have clearly taken note. This year, 85% of retailers plan to offer Black Friday promotions, and 82% plan to offer Cyber Monday deals, according to KPMG research.
